Certified in N.D.T techniques. Oriented in ICCP/SA .Critical & cathode

3. ELECTRICAL PLANNER

techniques. Hands-on experience in ERP implementation like SAP/R-3 or

4. PROCESS CONTROL SYSTEMS ENGINEER (DCS - Hardware)
Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering with minimum 5 years
experience in Process control automation, simulation in major
Petrochemical, Polymers installations. Should have adequate technical
skills for configuration of loops on DCS, PLCs, in depth knowledge of
application software, statistical data processing, control loop
parameters and tuning, etc.

B.E.(Mechanical engineer /Metallurgy) having 6 to 8 years experience
in inspection / diagnosis of various static equipments of
petrochemical / Refinery industry , certified with NDT techniques,
well versed with cathodic protection , corrosion , insulation ,
painting , themography , refractory , pipe linings , boroscopy,
PWHT,MPI, DPT, WPS , UT etc.
6. MECHANICAL ENGINEER - Piping & Stationery Equipment
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering with 5 years of
professional level experience in the engineering/ design department in
oil/petrochemical Industry. Experience of mechanical maintenance is
essential.

Maintenance Planning & Scheduling Engineer (PDD)
Degree in engineering preferably mechanical. 8 years of engineering maintenance experience in oil & gas (Production/Refinery /Petrochemicai) industry. Knowledge and experience in the operation of SAP-PM module. Specific knowledge of scheduling in SAP is desirable. Should have strong working knowledge of manpower scheduling, work estimation, engineering codes and practices, materials specifications and ordering procedures
Estimator/Quantity Surveyor (PDD)
HND in Business Administration or Degree in an Engineering discipline. Membership in a recognized Cost Engineering institute. 5 years experience preferably in the petrochemical industry including Cost Control, Accountancy, Contract Administration and Estimating. Applicable computer programming experience desirable.
Field Operator I (PDD)
Secondary (12 years) education, followed by 3 years formal technical training in process plant operations plus relevant short courses in safety, plant operations. 4 years experience in operating process plant in the oil or petrochemical industry.
Technician I (Mechanical)
Secondary school education followed by further technical education to OND or equivalent standard in mechanical engineering. 4 years experience in the maintenance of compressors, pumps and associated equipment.
Technician I (Electrical) (PDD)
Secondary (12 years) education, followed by 2 years full time training in electrical trades. 6 years experience in electrical mainframes and repair work in oil and gas industry.
Technician I (Instrument) (PDD)
Secondary (12 years) education followed by two years course in instrument maintenance, electronic and microprocessor equipment. 3 years experience in the maintenance and repair of wide range of instrumentation, electronic, pneumatic, gas turbine and gas compression control and protection systems, logic microprocessor based control equipment. BS in Mech Engineering. 5-10 years of experience in Oil & Gas industry with skills in Project Management software.
Asst. Manager Business Planning & Optimization (ADD)
B.Sc / HND in Chemical, Process Mechanical or other relevant Engineering discipline plus Corporate Membership of the appropriate Engineering institution i.e. institution of Chemical Engineers. Fluent in written and spoken English. 10-15 years experience in chemical / mechanical engineering or production / process operations in the petroleum / petrochemical industry, preferably with a production company, with at least 3 years experiences working in an operations, technical support or development group.
Senior Production Planning Engineer (ADD)
B.Sc. in Engineering discipline i.e. Chemical, Mechanical or Petroleum Engineering. 12 years experience in the oil and gas industry with extensive exposure to and practical experience in Production Planning and Business planning, Planning of inter related oil field activities. Well services and wire line techniques and operations. Production surface facilities and operations, PC’s; common software packages and the use of there packages in developing practical applications, knowledge in the design & monitoring performance indicators etc.
Senior Technician (Process) (ADD)
Higher Secondary (12 years) education followed by 3 years technical Diploma in Advanced Process Control. 5-10 years of experience with 3 years relevant experience in commissioning/start-up of APC in Oil & Gas industry.

Higher Secondary (12 years) education followed by 3 years technical diploma in process plant operations, plus relevant short courses in safety plant operations. 5-10 years of experience and skills in Project Management software.

Begerak adalah awal kesuksesan bisnis
ZAMAN semakin maju, dan waktu terasa cepat. flu barangkali, yang kita rasakan saat ini. Maka, agar kita tidak ketinggalan zaman, sebaiknya entrepreneur harus lebih mampu bergerak cepat. Lebih proaktif, dan berani mengambil risiko. Dengan dernikian, kita akan lebih mudah mengantisipasi kemungkinan munculnya berbagai kendala bisnis yang mungkin terjadi. Bukan, bersikap seperti dulu, yang hanya reaktif dan menghindari risiko.
Saya jadi teringat dengan Rupert Murdoch, yang melangkah cepat dalam bisnisnya. Pada saat boss perusahaan lainnya masih terlelap tidur, ia selalu menjadi penelpon pertama untuk inelakukan negosiasi bisnis. Dengan bergerak cepat, ia mampu mengambil keputusan lebih cepat dan pesaingnya. Bagi Murdoch, bergerak lamban adalah milik mereka yang kalah. Langkah semacam ml, saya kira menux~ukkan, jika kim tidak bertindak dan bergerak, tnaka bisnis yang kita geluti sekarang akan sulit bergerak xnaju. Karena, pada dasamya, bergerak adalah awal kesuksesan bisnis kita.
Dalam konteks ini, saya sependapat dengan Matthew I Kiernan, penulis “The Commandments of the 21st Century Management” yang mengatakan, bahwa dalam bisnis telah terjadi pergeseran paradigma. Jika, di abad ke-20, bisnis kita lebih terkesan stabil dan bisa diprediksi, namun di abad ke-21 atau di era millenium ketiga ini, perubahannya cenderung terputus-putus. Begitu pula, bisnis kita yang dulu Iebih didasarkan ukuran dan skala, tapi kini lebih pada kecepatan dan responsif Kepemimpinan, kalau dulu banyak dilakukan dari atas, kini dilakukan semua orang. Maka tak mengherankan bila dalam menjalankan bisnis di era milenium ketiga ini, memang dituntut untuk lebih luwes, tidak kaku. Sebab, perjalanan bisnis lebih dikendalikan oleh visi dan nilai-nilai, dibandingkan sebelutnnya yang semata-mata hanya dikendalikan peraturan dan hirarki. Selain itu, kalau kita dulu di dalam menjalankan bisnis selalu membutuhkan kepastian. tapi kini hams lebih toleran terhadap amtiguitas atau memiliki sikap mendua. Soal informasi bisnis demikian juga, yang sebelumnya hanya untuk pucuk pimpinan, tapi kini disebarkan ke semua orang. Sehingga, saat ini bisnis tak lagi mengandalkan pada analisis kuantitatif, namun lebih pada kreativitas dan intuisi. Tanpa itu, saya kira bisnis yang kita jalankan sekarang ini akan banyak tersendat atau sulk untulc maju. Bahkan, kalau dulunya kita berkeyakinan, bahwa masing-Inasing perusahaan bisa mandiri, tapi sekarang terasa sulit. Karena pada dasarnya, perusahaan-perusahaan akan saling tergantung satu dengan lainnya.

Bahkan. kalau dulu, kita hanya bersaing untuk pasar masa kini, tapi sekarang kita justru lebih tertantang untuk menciptakan pasan masa depan. Karena itu kita jangan lagi hanya mengandalkan pada keunggulan kompetitif yang berkesinambungan, tapi justru harus terus-menerus mencari keunggulan.
Saya yakin, dengan kepekaan kita terhadap kondisi tersebut, ,maka kita akan lebih siap menghadapi kondisi yang berubah-ubah, lebih terbuka menerima ide-ide baru. Bahkan, kita akan lebih piawai dalam mengambil kesempatan bisnis, lebih berani mengambil risiko. dan tentu saja akan lebih siap meraih keberhasilan. Anda berani mencoba?

Anda mulai panas? Anda pikir Anda sudah mempunyai apa yang diperlukan untuk menjadi seorang wiraswastawan? Anda sudah baca semua kisah sukses tentang orang lain dan itu membuat anda ”kepanasan”? Bagaimana dengan orang yang bekerja di bagian komputer itu bisa sangat sukses dalam bisnis program perangkat lunaknya sendiri?
Ada satu jawaban singkat untuk semua pertanyaan ini: bisnis ini eksis karena ada yang membutuhkan mereka. Tidak peduli apakah Anda berusaha dengan paha ayam, rumah makan bagus atau website. Atau, apakah anda berbicara tentang putaran harian Rp100.000 atau Rp.100.000.000. Ketika dunia laki-laki digemparkan dengan ditemukannya pil biru Viagra yang sebenarnya adalah obat pemacu jantung, tapi kemudian jadi pemacu organ kejantanan pria, beberapa tahun lalu serentak seluruh dunia mempublikasikannya (ingat, Viagra tidak pernah beriklan di media manapun). Hasilnya, Viagra menjadi product of the year dan menghasilkan miliaran dollar bagi penemunya.
Kasus Viagra di dunia, rupanya memberikan inspirasi bagi Simon Jonathan. Setelah sebelumnya sukses melahirkan Extra Joss, yang menghasilkan ratusan miliar, kemudian muncullah Irex yang kurang lebih sama fungsinya dengan Viagra. Dengan tag line ”Kado Ulang Tahun Mama”, dan dikemas dengan iklan yang diperankan oleh laki-laki kurus kering dan loyo, tiba-tiba menjadi perkasa setelah meminum Irex, hasilnya, produk ini meledak di pasaran. Ya, mereka jeli melihat peluang, kekosongan dan mengisinya.
Lalu mengapa bukan Anda yang melakukan ini? Jika Anda yang pertama menawarkan kepada publik sesuatu yang dibutuhkan publik dan tidak didapatkan dari orang lain, atau jika Anda berhasil mengantisipasi sebuah kebutuhan di masa depan, Anda memiliki sebuah kesempatan bagus untuk menjadi kaya. Sampai saat adanya kompetisi, Anda akan memiliki semua pasar itu sendirian.
Sejarah memberikan banyak contoh wiraswastawan yang menjadi sukses dengan memenuhi atau mengantisipasi kebutuhan akan produk baru. Isaac Merit Singer memproduksi mesin jahit yang cocok untuk bekerja di ruang terbatas, bahkan di dalam kamar sekalipun. Henry Ford memakai metode jalur perakitan untuk memproduksi mobil yang bisa dibeli orang biasa. George Eastman melihat kebutuhan akan kamera kecil yang bisa dibawa-bawa. Ray Krock dari Mc Donald melihat potensi usaha waralaba makanan cepat saji.
Darimana datangnya gagasan-gagasan seperti itu? Ada tiga macam sumber gagasan.
Pertama, pekerjaan Anda. Pekerjaan yang sudah Anda kerjakan bisa menjadi sebuah potensi sumber gagasan, Karena disitulah naluri bisnis Anda sudah dikembangkan.
Kedua, hobi atau minat Anda di luar pekerjaan, karena itu adalah sebuah wilayah lain dimana Anda memiliki suatu perasaan alamiah.
Sumber ketiga, adalah apa yang sering disebut orang sebagai ”observasi pejalan kaki”, atau mengenali sebuah peluang melalui suatu perjumpaan biasa, atau suatu insiden dalam kehidupan sehari-hari Anda.

Nasib seorang wiraswastawan tidak mudah. Anda harus bekerja keras. Namun, karena Anda bekerja disebagian besar waktu Anda, pasti ada harga yang harus dibayar. Korban pertama adalah kehidupan sosial Anda. Waktu untuk berkencan, untuk keluarga, bahkan untuk bersenang-sengang tidak akan anda miliki pada masa-masa awal menjalankan bisnis anda.. Bisa-bisa ini menjadi sebuah kehidupan yang sunyi.
Dalam keadaan seperti ini Anda sangat beruntung apabila memiliki kekasih atau seorang istri yang setia menemani dalam suka maupun duka. Karena menjadi seorang wirausahawan juga adalah masalah daya tahan. Seperti mendung di musim hujan. Setelah hujan pun turun, langit akan menjadi cerah kembali.
Ada kompensasi. Semakin keras Anda bekerja, maka Anda akan semakin beruntung. Kami punya rekan, namanya Apiko Joko Mulyono. Dia, ”cuma” reporter di tabloid keluarga muslim, Fikri namanya. Sebagai employee — kalau mengikuti teori kuadran Robert T. Kiyosaki – berkat dorongan kami, dan ”keahlian interpersonalnya”, berkomunikasi, ia kami desak menjadi jurnalis ”semi-bisnis” dalam arti, memfungsikan ketrampilan jurnalistik dan lobbynya untuk menulis soft advertorial. Meski awalnya agak ogah-ogahan, ia memula peran-peran semacam copywriter, penulis artikel soft advertorial di tabloidnya (maksudnya: rubrik bernuansa promotif, dengan dua macam kompensasi: penjualan langsung dalam jumlah minimal tertentu, atau semi-iklan). Bung Apiko, meskipun masih sayang profesi jurnalistiknya, mulai menjalankan tugas barunya.
Hasilnya? Luar biasa untuk reporter yang sepanjang empat tahunan bekerja, murni sebagai jurnalis. Apiko berhasil mencapai targetnya. Ia memang bekerja keras, dan agak mengorbankan waktunya untuk keluarga. Bukan itu saja. Ia ”tebal muka” dicibiri sebagai ”jurnalis matre” (materialis, Pen.), karena artikelnya kian selektif pada isu-isu yang ”bergizi” alias bisa menghasilkan ”penjualan langsung” ataupun ”semi advertorial”. Akibat lanjutnya, bisa ditebak. Dari ”main-main” jadi serius. Bossnya, pemimpin perusahaan tabloid Fikri, malah menargetkan jumlah tertentu perminggunya harus ia capai. target itu, tercapai, bahkan beberapa kali terlampaui. Apa yang ia kerjakan, semua orang di perusahaannya tahu. Meski pun berisiko dilecehkan, Apiko tahan banting. The show must go on. Apa yang dikerjakannya, menginspirasi unit bisnis lainnya di bawah payung holding yang sama.
”Syukur, istri saya sangat pengertian. Untuk kerja keras itu, saya bisa menabung dengan nilai yang lumayan dibanding rekan selevel saya. Saya bisa membeli sepeda motor secara tunai, dalam tahun kedua saya bekerja. Itu sesuatu yang tidak saya bayangkan sama sekali, bahwa saya mampu membelinya.” Itulah Apiko, yang karena masih sayang pada profesi jurnalistiknya, mengaku baru menggunakan belum separuh dari potensi enterprenership yang ada dalam dirinya.

Jaques Cousteau, penyelidik, penemu dan ahli lingkungan dalam sebuah wawancara dengan Eugene Grisham penulis buku Achievement Factors dalam sebuah wawancara di atas sebuah jet carteran menuju Atlanta, mengungkapkan pendapat menarik. Kami kutip untuk Anda.
”Bagaimana Anda bisa mengerjakan semua itu?” Cousteau terdiam beberapa saat, lalu menjawab.
”Saya keras kepala – kalau saya punya suatu maksud di kepala saya…saya membuat daftar hal-hal untuk main-main: Amazon, Haiti, kapal Angina. Saya mencoba, dan saya tidak punya uangnya. Saya mencoba lagi, dan saya tidak dapat uangnya, dan setelah sepuluh tahun saya mendapatkannya.”
Dengan bijaksana, dengan penuh tekat dan ketekunan, selalu mengejar apa yang ia inginkan, kadang cepat, kadang-kadang pelan, ia telah mengalami kemenangan-kemenangan. Pada tahun 1943, tabung oxygen (Aqualung) yang ia kembangkan dengan Emile Gagnan, memberi kesempatan petualangan di bawah air, membuka dunia di bawah air untuk berjuta-juta penyelam scuba. Lalu ia kembangkan keterampilan sebagai seorang ahli fotografi di bawah air, dan pada tahun 1956, ia menangkan Oscar untuk The Silent World. Fokus
Logika ”focusing”, meminjam fenomena matahari. Mahakarya Tuhan ini, sumber energi yang amat kuat, yang setiap jamnya menyinari bumi dengan jutaan kilowatt energi. Siapa pun, bisa ”mandi matahari” berjam-jam dengan risiko yang ringan.
Bagaimana dengan laser? Seberkas sinarnya, adalah energi lemah. Ia hanya membutuhkan beberapa kilowatt energi tetapi bisa difokuskan menjadi sebuah pancaran cahaya yang koheren. Dari seberkas cahaya laser, temuan ilmuwan bisa menggunakannya untuk dari memotong baja sampai mematikan sel kanker.
Beralih pada perbincangan sebuah usaha. Anda bisa menciptakan efek yang sama: sebuah kemampuan kuat laksana laser untuk mendominasi sebuah pasar. Itulah yang kami maksud sebagai ”tindakan memfokuskan”.
Ketika sebuah usaha menjadi tidak fokus, ia akan kehilangan kekuatannya. Usaha itu menjadi seperti matahari, menyebarkan energinya terlalu banyak produk, di pasar yang terlalu luas.
Konsentrasi, kemampuan untuk memberikan perhatian penuh kepada tugas yang dihadapi, dan dalam jangka panjang, berkonsentrasi pada suatu karier, merupakan satu segi dari fokus. Tetapi bukan hanya itu. Segi lainnya, intensitas. Intensitas melibatkan kemampuan untuk menyalurkan sejumlah besar tenaga pada tugas yang dihadapi. Menjalankannya sebagai kebiasaan, akan meningkatkan karier Anda. Secara analog, fokus mempunyai pengaruh yang sama terhadap pekerjaan seseorang, bak lensa pembesar yang dipegang di atas sehelai kertas pada hari yang cerah. Memegang lensa dengan sudut yang tepat, membuat sinar-sinar berkonsentrasi pada satu titik, sanggup membakar kertas itu.
Prioritas, masuk dalam gagasan fokus. Jangan segan-segan mengubah dan menaruh yang paling penting sebagai nomor satu jika sesuatu yang tak terduga muncul. Bekerjalah atas dasar prioritas.

Anda mulai panas? Anda pikir Anda sudah mempunyai apa yang diperlukan untuk menjadi seorang wiraswastawan? Anda sudah baca semua kisah sukses tentang orang lain dan itu membuat anda ”kepanasan”? Lihatlah sekeliling Anda. Lihatlah orang di jalanan, mereka yang duduk di belakang mesin jahit, pelayanan apa yang akan dia berikan? Lihatlah wanita perempuan penjual sate ayam di dekat penginapan murah itu, mengapa ia pilih lokasi itu? Bagaimana dengan hotel baru di jalan utama itu, mengapa bisa begitu sukses? Bagaimana dengan orang yang bekerja di bagian komputer itu bisa sangat sukses dalam bisnis program perangkat lunaknya sendiri?
Ada satu jawaban singkat untuk semua pertanyaan ini: bisnis ini eksis karena ada yang membutuhkan mereka. Tidak peduli apakah Anda berusaha dengan paha ayam, rumah makan bagus atau website. Atau, apakah anda berbicara tentang putaran harian Rp100.000 atau Rp.100.000.000. Ketika dunia laki-laki digemparkan dengan ditemukannya pil biru Viagra yang sebenarnya adalah obat pemacu jantung, tapi kemudian jadi pemacu organ kejantanan pria, beberapa tahun lalu serentak seluruh dunia mempublikasikannya (ingat, Viagra tidak pernah beriklan di media manapun). Hasilnya, Viagra menjadi product of the year dan menghasilkan miliaran dollar bagi penemunya.
Kasus Viagra di dunia, rupanya memberikan inspirasi bagi Simon Jonathan. Setelah sebelumnya sukses melahirkan Extra Joss, yang menghasilkan ratusan miliar, kemudian muncullah Irex yang kurang lebih sama fungsinya dengan Viagra. Dengan tag line ”Kado Ulang Tahun Mama”, dan dikemas dengan iklan yang diperankan oleh laki-laki kurus kering dan loyo, tiba-tiba menjadi perkasa setelah meminum Irex, hasilnya, produk ini meledak di pasaran. Ya, mereka jeli melihat peluang, kekosongan dan mengisinya.
Lalu mengapa bukan Anda yang melakukan ini? Jika Anda yang pertama menawarkan kepada publik sesuatu yang dibutuhkan publik dan tidak didapatkan dari orang lain, atau jika Anda berhasil mengantisipasi sebuah kebutuhan di masa depan, Anda memiliki sebuah kesempatan bagus untuk menjadi kaya. Sampai saat adanya kompetisi, Anda akan memiliki semua pasar itu sendirian.
Sejarah memberikan banyak contoh wiraswastawan yang menjadi sukses dengan memenuhi atau mengantisipasi kebutuhan akan produk baru. Isaac Merit Singer memproduksi mesin jahit yang cocok untuk bekerja di ruang terbatas, bahkan di dalam kamar sekalipun. Henry Ford memakai metode jalur perakitan untuk memproduksi mobil yang bisa dibeli orang biasa. George Eastman melihat kebutuhan akan kamera kecil yang bisa dibawa-bawa. Ray Krock dari Mc Donald melihat potensi usaha waralaba makanan cepat saji.
Darimana datangnya gagasan-gagasan seperti itu? Ada tiga macam sumber gagasan.
Pertama, pekerjaan Anda. Pekerjaan yang sudah Anda kerjakan bisa menjadi sebuah potensi sumber gagasan, Karena disitulah naluri bisnis Anda sudah dikembangkan.
Kedua, hobi atau minat Anda di luar pekerjaan, karena itu adalah sebuah wilayah lain dimana Anda memiliki suatu perasaan alamiah.
Sumber ketiga, adalah apa yang sering disebut orang sebagai ”observasi pejalan kaki”, atau mengenali sebuah peluang melalui suatu perjumpaan biasa, atau suatu insiden dalam kehidupan sehari-hari Anda.
