VARIOUS VACANCY IN OIL AND GAS COMPANY


 
An Established Oil Company (PSC) in Indonesia is searching a qualified candidates for:

Production Operator (Oil/Gas Company)

(Work Schedule – Rotational – 14 day work shifts with a nominal 12 hour work day.)

Skills Required:
• Min Diploma 3 degree in Chemical or related engineering degree
• Minimum 5 years operating in the Petrochemical, oil, and gas, LPG, LNG or related industry.
• Strong Safety and Environment awareness.
• Effective communicator at all levels, fluent in English oral and written.
• Comprehensive in understanding diverse field operations activities.
• Ability to assist the level 2 operator train and develop new operator recruits.

Key Activities:
• Participates in all Company HSE programs as required, including STOP, PTW and member of the Emergency Response Team if requested.
• Monitoring of process facilities.
• Start up and Shutdown of process facilities following procedures.
• Taking of and analyzing readings of process and equipment.
• Isolating and de-isolating the process and equipment for maintenance activities.
• Regular monitoring of ongoing maintenance activities on process plant and equipment, perform detailed trouble shooting.
• Liaise with control room operator to ensure daily production targets are met.
• Maintain good housekeeping of process area, ensuring zero discharge to the environment.
• Carry out Preventive Predictive Maintenance (PPM) and Corrective Maintenance (CM) as requested.
• Taking of process samples as requested.
• Monitoring consumable material and chemical stocks.
• Planning and prioritizing daily / weekly tasks.
• Receiving and giving oral / written handovers at shift change.
• Take lead part in reviewing to process procedures towards offering improvements.
• Involvement with line supervisor on problem solving with process and equipment upsets.
• Involvement in decision making on operational issues.

Electrical Technician (Oil/Gas Company)

(Work Schedule – Rotational – 14 day work shifts with a nominal 12 hour work day.)

Job Role:
Operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Power Generation, Distribution, and Utilization equipment to 15kV:
• Hazardous Area Electrical Wiring and Equipment maintenance.
• Gas Turbine and Diesel Engine driven power generators.
• UPS systems for critical non-interruptible loads.
• Medium and Low Voltage Switchgear.
• Medium and Low Voltage Motor Controls.
• Transformers both Oil-Filled and Air.
• Medium and Low Voltage Motors.
• Stationary Battery Systems and Chargers.
• Vessel and Platform Navigational Aids.
• Domestic and Portable Electrical equipment and appliances.
• Lighting and Small Power systems.
• HVAC equipment maintenance.
• Read and understand technical drawings, literature, and specifications.

Qualifications:
• Minimum 5 years operating in the Petrochemical, oil, and gas, LPG, LNG or related industry.
• Minimum D3 degree in Electrical Graduate.
• Computer Literate. Able to operate PC (MS Word, MS Excel, etc.)
• English Speaking. Able to read, write, and speak.
• Advanced DC and AC Electrical Theory and Troubleshooting
• Advanced Electric Motor and AC Generator Theory and Troubleshooting
• Advanced Power Electronics Theory and Troubleshooting
• Basic PLC operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• In – depth knowledge of industrial electrical systems with emphasis on technical theory, maintenance, electrical testing, and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of industrial electronics and process control systems.
• Experience with gas turbine and diesel engine driven parallel generator systems.

Instrument Technician (Oil/Gas Company)

(Work Schedule – Rotational – 14 day work shifts with a nominal 12 hour work day.)

Job Role:
• Participates in all Company HSE programs as required, including STOP, PTW and member of the Emergency Response Team if requested.
• Work with Field Operator in Isolating and de-isolating instrument and system equipment for maintenance activities.
• Perform trouble shooting on instrument and system related problems, working with operations department.
• Maintain good housekeeping in work areas, ensuring zero discharge to the environment.
• Carry out Preventive Predictive Maintenance (PPM) and Corrective Maintenance (CM) as requested.
• Monitoring consumable materials.
• Planning and prioritizing daily / weekly tasks.
• Receiving and giving oral / written handovers at crew changes.
• Takes an active role in the inspection of instrument equipment, understands the means for safely isolating instrument related equipment.
• Involvement in calibrating test equipment and ensures calibration documentation is recorded.
• Knowledge of the MOC process and understands the requirements of when to raise an MOC.
• Knowledge and understanding of the SAP Maintenance Management system for sourcing spare parts and retrieving work orders.
• Works with Vendors carrying out maintenance activities.
• Participates in the preparation of Permit to Work, and associated certificates.
• Participates in maintenance associated Risk Assessment where required
• Required to train up to Supervisor Position to be able to stand –in when requested.

Qualifications:
• Minimum 5 years operating in the Petrochemical, oil, and gas, LPG, LNG or related industry.
• Minimum D3 degree in Electrical Graduate.
• Experience in Control Systems, PLC and Fire & Gas detection.
• Experienced in calibrating test equipment.
• Strong Safety and Environment awareness.
• Effective communicator at all levels, fluent in English oral and written.
• Ability to mentor and give guidance to other Instrument personnel, assisting them through their levels of competency in the competency program.
• Ability in developing maintenance procedures.

Mechanical Technician (Oil/Gas Company)

(Work Schedule – Rotational – 14 day work shifts with a nominal 12 hour work day.)

Job Role:
• Participates in all Company HSE programs as required, including STOP, PTW and member of the Emergency Response Team if requested.
• Monitoring of rotating and stationary equipment.
• Start up and Shutdown of process rotating equipment with Field Operator following procedures.
• Taking of and analyzing readings of rotating equipment.
• Perform minimum trouble shooting on rotating equipment.
• Maintain good housekeeping in area of work and in workshops, ensuring zero discharge to the environment.
• Carry out Preventive Predictive Maintenance (PPM) and Corrective Maintenance (CM) as directed to meet production objectives whilst complying with company guidelines.
• Monitoring consumable material.
• Planning and prioritizing daily / weekly tasks.
• Act in a proactive manner to reduce unnecessary work and forward any improvement suggestions.
• Works with the Field Operators in planning isolations for maintenance work.
• Works with Vendors carrying out maintenance activities.
• Participates in the preparation of Permit to Work, and associated certificates.
• Participates in maintenance associated Risk Assessment where required
• Required to train up to Mechanical Supervisors Position to be able to stand –in when requested

Skills Required:
• Minimum 5 years operating in the Petrochemical, oil, and gas, LPG, LNG or related industry.
• Minimum D3 degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Experience in Mechanical Rotating Equipment maintenance.
• Experienced with Gas Turbines, Compressors and Pumps
• Experienced in Conditioning Monitoring Programs.
• Knowledge in HVAC systems
• Strong Safety and Environment awareness.
• Ability to work on own initiative and within a team
• Ability to follow a plan, read and follows manuals, and asks for guidance when required.
• Personal motivation and self learning ability.
• Effective communicator at all levels, fluent in English oral and written.
• Ability to mentor and give guidance to other mechanical personnel, assisting them through their levels of competency in the competency program.
