am an HR/Admin. Assistant at BD Select. We have been based in Dubai for almost 10 years as a service executive search and recruiting organization. We detected your profile and it seems to be a fit for one of the positions that ADCO (ABU DHABI COMPANY FOR ONSHORE OPERATIONS) is currently hiring for. ADCO has commissioned us to select

" candidates "  in order to fill various positions within their organization.  Suffice to say that ADCO is considered as one of the largest explorer, developer and producers of hydrocarbons in the MENA region.

This process is part of a recruitment campaign based on face to face interviews in Abu Dhabi from December 13th to December 16th, 2012. (For your information, the process will need 2 days). These face to face interviews cannot be replaced by tel. interviews and this 4 days frame will be the only possible agenda.

In case you are unable to attend this campaign we will still keep your profile for further opportunities, but, once again, be advised that the 4 days frame is the only available for this particular event and therefore this is not negotiable as it is a recruitment campaign.

 

Some recommendations

Check that your passport is not expired and that it is still valid for travel (you need at least 6 month validity after December 2012). If validity is less, please inform us and we will try to find a solution

 

It's also possible that other agencies will contact you for the same position. In this case, reply to them in a gentle way that your application is already under process and that you are part of our candidate list. They will then be aware that they cannot pursue the communication.

 

Please complete all the required information in order for us to be time efficient. After the forms are filled out (Excel attachment and the above chart), we will confirm if you are selected for a face to face interview as per Client's criteria.

As the recruitment campaign is set to start mid-December, please kindly bear in mind that the complete recruitment pre-selection process spreads over 1 to 2 full months. Therefore, if you don't receive any feedback from us within the next 2 months, be advised that your profile has not been pre-selected for this campaign. If you have been selected, we will guide you for your next step.

Once again, if you are not retained for this campaign or cannot attend the given agenda, be aware that we always keep our candidates' profiles, as we have several future projects at hand.

 

We expect from you both a professional and an ethical attitude, as the Client will pay for your ticket and your hotel accommodation. Hence, please don't continue this process if you already know that you will not be able to attend during 2 days of the scheduled 4 days frame. We expect the same attitude and commitment from you as we will give to you.

 

During the last campaign we saw many of our candidates coming to Abu Dhabi, getting an offer with success and having an excellent attitude; we have of course the same expectations for this campaign.
