The person: The candidate must have the following qualifications and experience:B.A. in Business. Technical Engineering degree also acceptable A minimum of seven years of HR/above related experience, project management experience an advantage Manpower planning/manpower costing & organization development experience Excellent English (both verbal & report writing) Some international working experience preferable
Role/Responsibilities:
You will support the Implementation Manager in managing the project scope, deliverables and milestones, liaising with all concerned line management for planning the needed manpower in terms of numbers, associated costs, timelines and overall production of the master recruitment plan. Liaising with Human Resources Department to ensure smooth and practical integration between current manpower levels in B1 to B2 in areas such as planning, compensation, benefits, training and development.Benefits:

The person:
The candidate must have the following qualifications and experience:
Technical Engineering related degree, additional Diploma in Education preferable
A minimum of fifteen years of experience in the petrochemical industry either operations or maintenance
At least four years of this to have been in the technical training/development environment
Excellent English (both verbal & report writing)
Some international working experience preferable
Role/Responsibilities:
You will support the Implementation Manager in the preparation and implementation of training and development policies, procedures and programmes which will deliver high-quality T & D for current and newly arriving Borouge employees. The programmes developed will need to be both Company and individual department measurable allowing Heads of Business Units to identify "high-calibre" employees early. As a result current practices for Individual developments Plans (IDP) and Career Development Plans (CDP) will need to be reviewed and suggestions for improvement to be proposed and ultimately, implemented.
